We only sell stuff that we would use on our own consoles/systems and we test these items that come through our doors as well.

In order to qualify for a full refund your item must not be opened (still sealed in original packaging) and you need to submit your refund request in 30 days from purchase date.

If your item is defective for any reason, simply let us know and we will work with you to replace that and ship it out to you at no additional cost.

We do actually sell video games on our livestreams on our whatnot page so keep an eye out on that. But for our website here until we get an actual verified resell license for nintendo branded products we just dont want to risk our store being shut down by reselling authentic nintendo products.

We are currently verified to resell Old Skool branded products which work on any actual console/handheld that the item is made for.

Everything else we sell via Whatnot is actual authentic whenever we mention it is or OEM is mentioned. We will NEVER sell non-authentic items to you branded as OEM or actual authentic brand without your knowledge.

To end this, we do plan on selling video games in the future on our website but are just doing everything we need to behind the scenes to have this all set up correctly.

Yes, we will be having a pre-order collection on our site where you can get items by pre- ordering them since you will have to wait a bit to get your hands on them (about 2 weeks). This ensures you will get the product at our great prices and we will keep you updated throughout the process of your order :)

*Please note when ordering pre-order items, you should order them on a seperate order because if you order any in stock items your order will be held until pre-order items come in and we can ship altogether.
